How to change your password
Log in to Streeme.TV on your computer.
Select the profile icon at the top.
Select EDIT PROFILE
Enter your username and new password in the corresponding fields.
I forgot my password
I can't log in with my email address and password.
Single Sign On User
If you log in through your school's single sign-in portal, please follow their password change instructions. You will need to contact your schools IT department for support.
By Invitation User
Users that do not sign in through their school's login portal require a specific Streeme account. Such users would have received a welcome email containing their login credentials and setup instructions. (If you are unable to locate this email, it may have ended up in your spam or junk folder - please check there, or request a new one here):
I don't have an account
You must have an account provided by your school to access the Streeme service.
You may be granted one-time, temporary access by requesting it here. Temporary access is determined by your school. This access is provided as a courtesy to allow you time to obtain access from your school and cannot be used more than once.
Who can see my login information?
We take your privacy very seriously and will never ask you for your password. Streeme support staff are entitled to see your email address in the course of providing support, but nobody (including Streeme) can see your password, ever.
Does Streeme work with "Do Not Track" software?
Streeme will not work with "Do Not Track" or related plugins enabled.
